Phone not working I purchased 2 of this phone, they were delivered in October 6 . I didn’t not use them right away, I charged them. October 31 I turned them on, one of the phone works the other one showing a green robot on the screen. I sent an email to the vendor on 11/1/2016 to see if there is something I should do. He hasn’t got back to me yet. Here is the screen picture photo
