Highly recommend Windows Lumia phones! This is my 4th Microsoft Lumia phone purchase, bought it as a gift for a family member, whose 8 year old has taken it over!

Fantastic developer phone! Fantastic developer phone! Worked perfectly out of box, I use it to test Windows Mobile software I’m writing. After dismissing the sign-up windows I had full access to the phone and made calls through Google Voice over local WiFi. Never activated with any cell company.
