Return Process is Terrible! The phone is nice, but started having a flickering screen so I contacted the seller (Breed) and requested a replacement under the 90 day warranty. I sent it to them with the promise that it would take 3-5 business days to process and then I would be sent a replacement. It has now been three weeks and I have not received the phone. Really like this phone, nice display, good size! I really like this phone. The first thing that drew me to it was the look. It’s very sharp looking. It’s also big enough without being TOO large. I have small hands and some of these new phones are ridiculous, I can barely hold them let alone fit them in my pocket easily. The phone itself is easy to use.
