NOT unlocked – Locked to AT&T Even though the phone was advertised as unlocked, it was not unlocked. The phone came with an AT&T SIM and worked fine the first time I turned it on. However, when I used my T-Mobile SIM it kept saying “invalid sim”. I tried it two other GSM sim from a different country too. If you are buying it to use with any other carrier than AT&T please dont buy. With Amazon’s great customer service policy, I was able to return it. But doesnt worth all the hassle

Excellent Value Condition was posted as “very good” and it was. No scratches, unlocked, great. Activated today without incident. It had about an 80% charge when it arrived yesterday and it still has about 70%, albeit with little usage yet. This is my third used 5c. One last summer for my personal phone and one for an associate last fall. Both are still running fine. And now this one for a small business at a great price.

Was fine till it was blacklisted as stolen phone. Order this phone on Dec 2014. Was fine for a while. Then one day. The phone becomes locked and now unable to use it with the carrier I want… I thought this was unlocked…. But its not…..Update: seems like it wasnt locked but rather it was blacklisted as a stolen item (seller AllStar Electronics) i advise not to buy from that seller, not sure if im going to get a refund for this…
