Not what it claims to be. The description of this phone does not mention that it is an unlocked Verizon phone. It can be used with Straight Talk but you must do a profile update which a Straight Talk representative can help walk you through. My wife bought this phone and I had to do the profile update in order for her to have internet without Wi-Fi. Because this is a Verizon phone it is limited in its functionality.
Very pleased The way it was delivered was a bit less than desirable but the box itself for the phone was in perfect condition so I don’t really care. As for the product, I didn’t think I’d get a SIM card with it. To my surprise I did. Was a seamless number transfer and as usual I’m very pleased. Phone works great.
