This is an excellent flexi stand for the iPhone This is an excellent flexi stand for the iPhone. The grip works flawlessly and the clamp is very strong. Be warned however that over time the ball and socket will become loose. I think that is an inevitable limitation of the design. Just be aware of this limitation. This device works best as a sort of camera tripod (although obviously not a real tripod) for taking photo or video. I also used this device while driving in my car and it works, but a dedicated car stand will be MUCH better.
Not bad Pretty nifty gadget. I have this clipped to my nightstand for some late night viewing. If I could change anything about it’s design it would be that the neck swiveled at the clamp end so I could rotate it out of my way if I needed to get out of bed. It would also allow me to push it out of the way before going to sleep instead of taking it down. Not a deal breaker though, it was cheap enough for my purposes.
Pretty simple to put together Pretty simple to put together. I purchased this item because I like that the attachment to a counter or table is adjustable by a clip. The height can be adjusted accordingly and can be snapped down in place. The arm part is a bit stiff to maneuver but does the trick just fine. I enjoy this item for the price! The phone sits nice in the cradle of the attachment. I use a SG4 and works great!
